Refunds

At Perfect Practice we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This refund policy provides a guide for you, our customer, but if you ever have a specific question, please contact us, and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

How to Return:

  1. Please send us an email at info@perfectpractice.golf with your name and order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will email you back an RMA#. Include this RMA# on your label when you ship it back to us.
  3. Ship to:

  4. If you email us the tracking # for your shipment back to us, this will expedite your return or exchange.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted (typically it takes 2-3 days after being received in our warehouse for processing) your refund will be processed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
