How To Send In Your Returns:

Returns are FREE* click here to get your prepaid shipping label.

All domestic orders allow you a FREE prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back to Perfect Practice please:

  1. Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.
  2. If you are including items from multiple orders please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.
  3. Mail your package using one of the following methods:
    1. Drop your package at a UPS location. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.
    2. Alternatively, you can leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick up.

Policy

Because you have enough to worry about right now...

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

*For U.S. customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund on your original form of payment and a confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
